Here at Helping Hands Overcoming Addiction, we know that sometimes all it takes to change the world is a little support. Since our founding in 2010, we have been determined to make an impact in our community. The core of our efforts is to bring our team’s fresh ideas and passion to the range of activities we’re involved in to help those struggling with substance use disorder and their families. Through all of our endeavors we hope to display the conviction behind our beliefs.

With access to the right resources, people can find healing to overcome feelings of hopelessness and worthlessness and gain the confidence to fulfill their potential. Women's Gateway House
Finding Long-term Solutions
With our organization’s mission always in mind, we strive to find new strategies for dealing with the challenge of addiction. Our Gateway House for women offers a safe place to stay free of charge for women who are waiting for admission to a long-term residential treatment program.
A re-entry program has been added to the Gateway House options.

Ministry to the Incarcerated
Helping Hands volunteers work with men and women in the local correctional facility working as their liason in the application process to a residential or transitional treatment program, providing transportation when needed to assure that they arrive safely upon their release. We also work with the court system to find long-term programs for those who are furloughed to treatment as part of their sentencing.
